Director Fisheries Mr. R.P.Singh Bali visited the family of slain Fisheries guard.           A team of Department of Fisheries employees under the leadership of Director Fisheries Mr. R. P. Singh Bali visited the family of slain Fisheries guard, Asadullah Kumar, who was killed in mysterious conditions on Dec 2 while on duty. The team compromised of Fisheries officers and workers from South Kashmir's Anantnag, Pulwama, Shopian and Kulgam districts. Speaking on the occasion, Director Fisheries described the killing as first of its kind on-duty killing . While expressing his faith on the magisterial probe ordered, Mr Bali reiterated that the probe should be impartial and concluded within appropriate time. Expressing his deepest shock over the incident, The director assured full departmental assistance to slain guard's family and directed his subordinates to assist Kumar's family in every official matter. The condolence visit was concluded with prayers for the departed soul.
